A day in the life at MPS-Mt Buller Campus

17/7/2017

At 8:30 most of us see what we will be doing for the day. Then at 9:00am we start school and we begin the day by counting out the home reading books and question of the day. We begin at 9:15am with our workbooks and do language convention pages. Then 10:45am we have snack time till 11:00 and we go out and play in the sports hall and play for half an hour till 11:30.

At 11:30 we come back and do mindful maths {smiling minds.} At 11:45 we start maths and if we finish we do card games or colour our pictures in the back of our books. At 12:45 we write our stories or finish off our last pieces. At 1:15 we go to our bags and get our lunchboxes out. At 1:30 we go out to the sports hall again and play till 2:00. At 2:00 we get out our silent reading books and read for 30mins then we do oral reading. At 3:00 we have finished for the day. We stand up and grab our bags and look forward for tomorrow.

At this school we have a lot of friends we get along really well. We are very creative, kind, caring and we are really friendly.

Such a wonderful experience to be able to go to School on top of the world at Mt Buller. Well done to the teachers who brave the elements & the students who work (and play) hard! Loved reading Liv & Estelle's 'Day in the Life' - Well done girls!

The kids are so lucky at mps link
